Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our corporate team supporting Business Development in Huntsville, AL. The Proposal Coordinator will work directly with the Proposal Manager in all aspects of proposal planning and logistics. The Proposal Coordinator will work closely with marketing and business development personnel and oversee timely, high quality and competitive proposal development, including ensuring they keep with company standards. The Proposal Coordinator must be detail oriented and possess high level critical thinking skills.

A minimum of 3 years of work experience in proposal coordination or project coordination.
