Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict management and resolution
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and maintaining HR databases
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a human resources role preferred
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as Salesforce, UltiPro, Lever, Ceridian, Kronos, Dayforce, Workday, or Oracle is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
