Recruiting for Human Resources Coordinator for prestigious organization in Atlanta. This role will be responsible for coordinating new hire onboarding processes, manage employment verifications, assist with new hire orientation, recruitment efforts and provide support is various generalist HR duties. Provide generalist HR support, including maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll inquiries, and addressing employee relations issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee new hire onboarding processes, including preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. Manage employment verifications, assist in conducting new hire orientation sessions, providing information on company policies, benefits, and culture.
Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience in HR coordination or related roles.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, recruitment, and employment law compliance.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
