Accounts Payable Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Assist finance team with data input, bookkeeping, and back-up support requirements
- Input and maintain vendor invoices and payments
- Vouching Factory invoices
- Responsible for recordkeeping data input transactions
- Research new vendors and confirm bank details
- Work collaboratively with various departments to perform accounting audits and ad hoc reporting
- Work collaboratively with various departments to resolve discrepancies
- Identify key areas for improvement and implement processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of transferable experience.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Ability to offer solutions through independent learning and problem solving
- Attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Self-motivated and cable of handling multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience with Microsoft office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Experience within Excel like pivots, VLOOKUPs, INDEX & SUM is a plus.
- Experience with D365 Business Central and BlueCherry ERP is a plus.
