Fuddy Duddy Living offers luxury housekeeping, organization and styling services in the Miami Beach area. The successful candidate should have experience in generating sales through relationships with on site management in the luxury condominium market on Miami Beach.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your goal will be to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role
- Strong account management skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
- Customer service-oriented min
- Business development skills to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
This is a part time position perfect as additional income. The role is 100% commission based with no cap and structure is generous. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you.
