Outside Sales Representative

Miami, FL. Direct Hire

Hybrid. Bilingual required.

 

Talentry’s client is looking for an eager Outside SalesRepresentative or Territory Business Manager to cover the Western Miami area(including Monroe County and Key West). The appropriate rep will work from homeon a hybrid basis to perform 80% outside sales and 20% inside sales buildingrelationships in the territory for selling medical supplies for a quicklygrowing national company.

 

The company provides rigorous training, existing territoryrevenue, and an opportunity for uncapped commissions. This Rep willdevelop and implement a strategic territory plan in conjunction with theRegional Sales Manager. He or she will work on developing relationships andunderstand the client’s needs, growing sales and expanding the territory, andestablish him- or herself as a trusted resource / subject matter expert on thedisease states covered by our growing national client’s medical solutions.

2.There is existing revenue in each territory.

3.Uncapped commissions.

Requirements

2-5 years of sales experience, including outside sales. Experiencewith sales in the medical field is a strong plus.

Ability to work on a hybrid basis.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required for this role.

Ability to manage time/schedule/priorities in a high-volumesales environment needed.

Salesforce experience is a plus.

Benefits

The base salary is between 50k and 64.5k, depending onexperience. The on-target earnings (OTE) for these roles is 100k the firstyear, 150-175k the second year, and higher (uncapped) in the subsequent years.We have placed reps with this company, and most of them are ahead of target.

Other benefits include health, dental, and vision options, FSA and HSA plans,employer-paid EAP, 401k with company match, discretionary profit-sharing plan, andgenerous PTO.
