The Candidate:
- You will be the person for the MSP program recruitment, onboarding, time management/payments etc.
Role:
- Responsible for customer and supplier relations and negotiations.
- Ensuring all program personnel are adequately trained on vendor management system provider software, program procedure and policy
- Responsibilities will include spearheading new ecosystems, enterprise total talent management and the execution of key partner and MSP / VMS, Beeline etc channel relationships.
- Build new and strengthen existing MSP Strategic Relationships with several workforce solutions U.S nationwide and Canada.
- Identify and make key relationships with procurement/sourcing leaders.
- Management of all program resources according to plan; sets expectations concerning program performance
- Travel to local client sites to establish Fresh's offerings.
Skills:
- 4 years experience managing VMS/vendor relations, RPO/MSP in a hi-tech (preferably software and hardware) clients.
- 3 years of people/project management.
- Have successfully achieved plans and establish SLA's
- Ability to engage and sell to an engineering team.
- Ability to negotiate with Customers, Suppliers and Contractors
- Ability to present conceptual information to all levels of internal and external management
- Thorough understanding of the Workforce Management process, financial implications and benefits
- Excellent customer relations skills.
Education: B.A, Business, Marketing, Communication etc.
