This position will be on-site at our corporate headquarters in Franklin, TN.

The Director of Human Resources requires broad-based HR experience managing both strategic and day-to-day operations of key HR functions and deliverables, including the following:

  • Performance Management, Metrics and Evaluations
  • Bench Strength and Succession Planning
  • Compensation
  • Employee Relations and Legal Compliance
  • Culture Development and Alignment, DE&I
  • Talent Acquisition, Hiring and Onboarding
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • HRIS
  • Loss Prevention & Safety

The ideal candidate will have 10 years’ previous experience managing an HR Department/Team with the above functions, in a multi-location, multi-state environment (restaurant, retail and/or hospitality focus preferred).

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • SHRM-CP or SCP certification required.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of, and experience with, technologies used to maximize efficiency of HR processes and deliverables.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
