POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced marketer who has a passion for, and demonstrated success in, developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will lead a marketing delivery team around a group of related tactics and channels. You will oversee campaign metrics measurement set up, analytics and insights. You will be collaborating closely with client marketing and creative to ensure best-in-class results, delivery and customer experience is realized across accounts and initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and communication.
- Lead a team of marketing experts in the development and execution of tactics for program and corporate marketing, while ensuring that all marketing is in line with required brand identity and other quality and performance requirements
- Conduct/facilitate regular training of team and other stakeholders on marketing execution and delivery in your focus areas in order to improve marketing delivery performance
- Collaborate with strategy, creative and marketing teams to ensure tactics are implemented appropriately and in line with best practices.
- Actively participate in program start up launches - provide set-up and support of initiatives until tactics have been optimized.
- Oversee campaign tracking set up to captured results and analyze the performance. Regularly report analysis on traditional tactics and that future campaigns are optimized.
- Work with team to set up, conduct, report on A/B testing and testing of new elements
- Accountable for efficient capacity management of self and team and management to key KPIs such as utilization, internal client service, delivery quality/effectiveness and turn-around times.
- Accountable for tracking and reporting of tactic performance to clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure reporting is used to prioritize and make improvement recommendations based on data-driven insights and tools.
- Evaluate, manage and review vendors who provide centralized marketing support including managing costs and performance.
- Manage team workloads and delivery in order to ensure internal and external expectations and quality parameters are met or exceeded.
- Evaluate, manage and review print & events vendors and systems, including managing costs and performance. Provide recommendations for improvements in this area to leadership.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manage direct reports and oversee department staff. This includes interviewing, planning, assigning, completing performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring and directing work.
- Mentor department personnel in achieving their personal goals annually as well as their long-term development goals.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, communications or business.
- Minimum 10 years related experience including demonstrated channel marketing experience; experience managing marketing projects, budgets and timelines
- Minimum 5 years supervising teams indirectly and/or directly.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Strong communication and demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to influence staff on a 360 degree basis both up and down the organization is essential.
- Creative thinker, who is an assertive problem solver with an analytical mind.
- Project management skills
- Must be able to handle and prioritize a wide work variety in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, with strong leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and knowledge of automated marketing tools such as SFMC, Hubspot and Pardot
- Expert-level knowledge of automated tools such as Smartsheet
- Recent experience with and knowledge of Google analytics, with a hands-on perspective.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing with clients, customers and employees.

Estimated Wage Range: $92,400-$127,100
