The Global Business Product Marketing (GBPM) team connects businesses with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger to help them grow their businesses through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and more. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business leveraging our solutions.The Business Marketing Technology team sits at the intersection of business, technology and operations, helping realize the vision and strategy of marketers by designing and implementing technologies that will drive efficiency and performance at scale. Marketing Technology is aligned to bottom line business goals and understands technology ecosystems/platforms, allowing the team to prioritize solutions, articulate business requirements and work with cross functional partners to deliver on execution and measurable results. We are searching for a Marketing Infrastructure Manager who will help drive the advancement and execution of marketing technology transformation efforts, working closely with Marketing, Engineering, Data Science and Operations teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and technology, and will become an expert in the data, platforms and processes we use to deliver marketing. The Marketing Infrastructure Manager will help evolve marketing efforts while also supporting the challenges of today, balancing tactical and strategic approaches to problem solving and issue resolution. This role will be responsible for privacy compliant audience and targeting data strategy and implementation to ensure we can access reliable data when it is relevant for our marketing success efforts. To deliver successfully in this role, the Marketing Infrastructure Manager will need to have an understanding of B2B marketing strategies and how data can unlock opportunities for performance. You'll have a strong privacy background and know-how to work through internal cross-functional processes to successfully deliver solutions that are data privacy compliant. The ideal candidate has a highly organized method and approach with strong communication skills, experience building reference documentation and centralizing processes. You'll also have business savviness to identify and prioritize marketing use cases and execution discipline to deliver large projects end-to-end, along with an understanding of MarTech tools, data flows and platform architectures. The role will involve strong collaboration and communications with technical and non-technical audiences and familiarity with marketing campaigns via online channels such as email, ads, and in-product notifications.

Marketing Technology Manager Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Privacy and Legal teams as key Business Marketing POC to advance our MarTech transformation
  • Obtain privacy approvals and establish relationships with privacy to ensure understanding of our business and the solutions we are trying to drive
  • Centralize roadmaps and Martech documentation for team
  • Drive change management and MarTech education across the organization
  • Manage a roster of MarTech vendors, centralize budget tracking
  • Lead execution of MarTech projects end-to-end, depending on priorities
  • Support MarTech transformation efforts, driving solutions, requirements and identifying use cases
  • Troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams and drive resolution to minimize business impact

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5 years experience with product management or marketing/advertising technology
  • Experience working directly with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Operations teams to provide business cases and requirements
  • Experience launching or driving adoption of products, demonstrating knowledge of customer needs
  • Experience with operational processes and issue management and resolution
  • Experience with digital marketing channels (Email, Facebook Ads, Display, Onsite Merchandising, etc.)
  • Experience with an enterprise-scale sales or marketing automation platform (Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Marketo, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with business marketing
  • Experience working closely with privacy teams
  • Quantitative analytical experience
  • Project Management Certifications/skills
  • Experience with executive communications and building presentations
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in digital marketing
