Requirements :

Equipmentand supplies : You must own a laptop outbound phone line and haveaccess to reliable internet.

Asan IndependentAgent Full Cycle Recruiter your companywill be responsible for sourcing Clients &Candidates.

Anycosts or fees associated with the client transactions included butnot limited to business cards custom apparel lead lists orreferrals and specialty software are available upon request topurchase.

Wiretransfers ACH credit card processing taxes exchange rates tariffscollections legal or other direct costs associated with commissionsales are deducted from the Recruiters commissions.

Amonthly Subscription fee of $123 to sell on behalf of FoxMore andis due prior to starting and each month thereafter. Thesubscription will also provide ZOHO Recruit Applicant Trackingsystem ATS.

inbound phone line access and email / Gsuite includingTeams. If you hire additional staff (Office or Sales) you agree topay an additional monthly Subscription for each personworking / supporting on your contract.

Afteryour 6 month anniversary you agree to incorporate your business andprovide E&Oinsurance.

Allcontracts are Reviewed Approved and Issued by FoxMore Managementand kept on file.

IndependentAgent Full Cycle Recruiter must alwaysrepresent themselves as an IndependentAgent.

Youmay not open an advertised FoxMore office without a separate officecontract.

Requirements

Thissummary of commissions benefits and requirements are solely forgeneral purposes and are not contractual. All terms and conditionswill be agreed upon and signed by both parties in the IndependentAgent Full Cycle Recruiters Agreement .

Requirements : W-9 (Canada W-8BEN(e)) Equipment : You must own alaptop and have access to reliable internet. Minimum gross revenuerequirement of $100,000 in billings each anniversary year.

Guarantee Candidate periods that are not fulfilled and fee refundsare adjusted in commissions. As an Independent Agent-Full CycleRecruiter you will be responsible for sourcing Clients &Candidates.

A monthly service fee of $123 is due prior to starting,(prorated for the first month), then due the 1st of each month forATS / CRM, Inbound phone line access, and email / G-suite.

After your 6month anniversary, you agree to incorporate your business and carryE&O insurance. All client contracts are Reviewed, Approved andIssued by FoxMore Management and kept on file.

Freelance Full CycleRecruiter must always represent themselves as an Independent Agent.All Media, Marketing or Advertising, in any form, must be preapproved by FoxMore LLC.
