• Analyzing and reviewing apportionment information
• Supervising client engagements
• Planning and researching tax issues
• Preparing technical memorandums
• Providing audit assistance
• Assisting with state income tax compliance
• Assisting with developing and supervising staff accountants

• Understanding of multi-state income and franchise taxes
• Understanding of nexus and revenue sourcing issues
• High-level analytical and reasoning skills
• The ability to meet the stringent deadlines of our clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• An ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and experience levels both verbally and in writing
• Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 5 years or more of professional experience preferably in public accounting
• Proficient with OneSource income tax preparation software and ONESOURCE tax provision software preferred
• Current CPA, J.D., or L.L.M designation preferred
