Job Title: Manager, Open Enrollments
FLSA Status: Exempt
Reports to: Director, Call Center

As an integral part of our team, the Enrollments team plays a crucial role in managing the intake and enrollment processes for our clients. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, communication, and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Intake and Enrollment Management:
- Oversee the intake and enrollment process for prospective clients.
- Cross-reference client data against predefined parameters to determine eligibility for our services.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of client information.
- Identify any issues or trends in client data and promptly address them.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams, working closely with our affilate marketing team.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of individuals responsible for reviewing case files and client information.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to ensure consistency and efficiency in their work.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work cross-functionally with other team managers to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to align intake and enrollment strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively to provide updates, address concerns, and implement solutions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct detailed analysis of client data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to optimize intake and enrollment processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance) preferred or relevant experience equivalent
- Proven experience in intake management, client services, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation: Starting salary range of $60,000 – $75,000 depending on relevant experience. We hold bi-annual performance reviews to ensure we are actively identifying top performers, providing formal feedback and assessing merit increases.
