Must have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in an administrative office environment, financial industry preferred and have an intermediate knowledge level of Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license is a must.

We are actively recruiting an Administrative Assistant to add to our team. This position will have the opportunity to learn, grow and add value to our clients by working alongside our experienced staff in our Lancaster, PA office.

Essential Job Functions
Coordinate client meeting schedules.
First to interface with clients to provide exceptional service in office and on the telephone.
Provides backup client relationship support.
General office duties as assigned.
Basic financial transactions.
Contributes to team effort.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (depending on experience) with opportunities for supplemental pay and salary growth.
