We are seeking a Sales Manager at our headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL, earning $85,000 per year plus potential bonus of $75,000 for a total earning oppotunity $160,000! By using leading products and workmanship guarantees since 2006, we’ve had the privilege to install our trademark home remodeling projects in over 100,000 happy homes across the state. We were founded to address a recurring problem in the home improvement market: the inconsistency of experiences that customers face when they hire a contractor to remodel their home. We heard an echoing theme amongst consumers that they were generally unhappy about their remodeling experience - the product they received was different than the product they were sold, the project took much longer than expected, they had service issues after the installation was complete, and a variety of other disaster stories. We at FHIA set out to solve this problem by bringing together a national network of best-in-class home remodelers who provide a great experience for their customers, from start to finish, because of this FHIA has proudly been recognized the #1 remodeling company in Florida by Remodeling Magazine three years in a row. 

The Sales Team Manager is responsible for overseeing daily sales activities and performance of an assigned team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities include training and motivating the team, relaying information from upper management to staff about sales quotas and administrative responsibilities

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, motivate and train sales team to meet or exceed sales goals and maintain the highest level of customer service
  • Oversee teams schedule to ensure proper availability is provided
  • Provide support for sales representatives to address questions related to pricing, product knowledge, installations, etc
  • Review sales contracts to ensure data integrity
  • Work with Installations, Operations, Finance, or other departments to resolve issues related to sales contracts
  • Respond to customer inquiries as needed to maintain 100% customer satisfaction
  • Maintain inventory of sales materials and kits to ensure all sales representative have the necessary equipment to perform their job successfully
  • Monitor and manage opportunities for revenue recovery through cancel saves
  • Track and maintain weekly and monthly sales numbers and create reports for upper management
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and conduct ride-along or corrective actions as needed
  • Conduct weekly sales team meetings and foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors’ Degree, and at least 2 years of sales supervisory experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
