Assistant Manager –

As a WOSV Sales Associate, you will provide an enjoyable and smooth sales experience for each customer. You will demonstrate outstanding customer service and product knowledge to provide customers with appropriate products.

Here at WOSV, our employees have the opportunity to gain commision based off certain sales as well as a commission on reviews recived. Teamwork is our priority so we hold annual festivites, monthly meetings, employee evaluations and team outings !

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive work environment

•As a Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers and fostering a knowledgeable and motivated team.

•Manage all aspects of the store's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control

•Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, as well as regulatory requirements related to the vaping industry

•Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards

•Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock replenishment to ensure adequate product availability

•Utilize sales and inventory management systems to track product performance, analyze trends, and generate reports

•Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives

•Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and exceptional customer service

•Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries or issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

•Monitor customer trends and preferences, provide recommendations for product assortment, and collaborate with suppliers on new product introductions

•Foster teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication among team members

Required Qualifications:

• 21 Older
• H.S. Diploma
• Must work weekends and evenings (Required)
• 3 years of customer service experience (Preferred)
• 2 years of Sales experience (Preferred)
• 1 year of retail sales experience (Preferred)
• Bilingual (Preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Be able to lift 40lb
• Outgoing personality and sales driven****
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills
• Team player with great communication skills****
• Reliable and professional****

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
