· Position Overview: We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in propelling revenue growth by crafting strategic sales plans and fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will exhibit a fervor for sales, possess a commanding leadership presence, have a proven track record of success in the contact security or services industry and demonstrate a history of surpassing targets.

· Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's client base and market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and thorough market research.
  • Nurture and uphold strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including administration and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to pinpoint areas for growth and enhancement.
  • Present comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

· Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred), or equivalent experience and training.
  • Previous experience in the contract security field preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales, demonstrating the ability to exceed targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport and negotiating effectively with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting sales data and market trends to guide strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
