We are recruiting one high-performing Sales Manager to help grow our company. This dynamic sales manager is looking to invest in not only their career, but in a long-term journey which will be a core part of their professional and personal growth. The successful candidate is someone who is a leader, problem solver, good communicator, quick thinker, manager, and a self-starter. He/she has strong analytical capabilities but also a level of emotional intelligence required to effectively present their thoughts to potential clients and senior executives.
Role Description
The Sales Manager at Squeaky Cleaning will be responsible for managing leads from 11am-7 pm PST / 2pm-10pm EST, Monday - Friday. Responsible for inbound sales leads to ensure they are high value, getting nurtured and closed. This individual will be responsible to our enterprise-level clients to ensure they receive a 5-star experience with our company and maintain a long-term relationship.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee leads and client relationships
- Working hours 11am-7 pm PST / 2pm-10pm EST
- Organize pipelines on Hubspot
- Prepare and submit proposals and recurring subscriptions
- Identify partnership and referral opportunities with corporate clientele
- Build a portfolio of enterprise-level clients
- Convert warm leads into long-lasting partnerships

The successful candidate will be invited into our Corporate Headquarters which is located in Downtown Toronto. During your first three months with the company, you will be provided with personalized training on everything there is to know about our company, sales process and customer lifecycle. Your focus as a Sales Manager will be to nurture long-lasting relationships with our largest clients.
