Overview: FHIA is hiring a Bi-lingual Purchasing Admin for our Fort Lauderdale location! We are looking for a outgoing and detail-oriented individual to join our team! Entering all purchasing information into the company’s system (LeadPerfection), updating the associated employees with ETA’s and/or issues Assess, manage, and mitigate risks Determine quality and timing of deliveries Maintain cost standards for materials and labor What You’ll Bring: Must be able to efficiently multi-task and work together with others Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook Solid judgment along with decision making skills High attention to detail Prior admin or data entry is a plus Prefered Spanish and English knowledge%516501% %%sales%%
