Federation Early Learning Services (FELS) is a medium-sized nonprofit in Early Childhood Education (ECE). Our organization is seeking a Social Media Specialist who can be depended upon to develop, manage and maintain our social media presence. The goal of the Social Media Specialist is to connect our company to our target audience and engage them in a way that will benefit both parties. We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, as well as someone who is creative and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage company's presence on social media platforms.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Engage users in discussions about the company.
• Monitor for potentially damaging content and apply appropriate moderation actions.
• Research industry and community trends and engage on industry topics.
• Conduct research to help develop social media strategy.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
