Summary and Qualifications :
Our customer service team is a pillar of the entire organization’s effort to increase customer satisfaction. We are looking for an outgoing and well-spoken Client Support Specialist to answer phone calls and assist customers with booking their appointment in the CRM while promoting multiple TurnPoint brands services through having a general understanding of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
This is a fully remote position.
