Link Belt Cranes is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Lexington, KY
- Receives, processes, expedites and follows-up on all orders in a timely manner to ensure performances levels and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Responsible for all daily communication with distributor parts personnel regarding service parts including shipping status, pricing availability, backorders, shortages, transportation, and invoicing
- Interprets Link-Belt Parts policies and procedures
- Assist distributors with problems in shipping, transportation, and billing
- Identify critical customer issues for management attention
- Assignments as necessary to coordinate and implement sales and marketing strategies within the parts department of promote sales of Link-Belt parts
- Ensures successful completion of financial devices (letters of credit and discounts) to include parts department obligations, shipping documents requirements, etc.
- Perform emergency call-in service duty as assigned
- Participate in special projects as assigned
- High School Diploma
- One year of customer service experience
