Link Belt Cranes is Hiring a Training Technician Near Lexington, KY
- Instruct training sessions for distributor, customer and internal LBC personnel on all products and service related issues
- Keep up with current trends in training methods and employ best practices in each instructional session
- Interface with Engineering, Marketing, Production and Product Support to design and develop training programs
- Assist in the design and maintenance and monitor effectiveness of training programs
- Assist in creating effective and engaging training media
- Work with other departments/company personnel to provide assistance in technical areas when required. This may require field travel to distributor/customer locations
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and distributor contact personnel
- Transport training attendees on and off site utilizing company van
- 4 year college degree preferred in Communication, Education, Technical discipline or closely related degree program
- One year of instructional experience in construction, heavy manufacturing or mechanical discipline
- Must have strong presentation and organizational skills
