Recruitment Communication Prioritizing open positions provided by the clients and communicating to the recruitment teams, educating recruitment on market changes and client preferences. Sales Driving sales by negotiating bill rates and contract length whenever possible, submitting candidates quickly and effectively to increase the changes of client acceptance, tracking ending placements to assist in extensions to retain billing. Experience and/or Qualifications Bachelor Degree Preferred, Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, Communication and Customer Service Skills Applicants must be able to show proof that they are legally eligible to work in the United States.
