This is an on-site opportunity with standard Monday through Friday business hours.
- Plan, initiate, and oversee execution of all elements of a project, which may involve some administrative tasks from a Project Coordinator role
- Work with multiple internal teams, contractors, and clients
- May be involved in early discussions with a client and Sales Account Manager to make sure they have a clear understanding of the client's desired goals and outcomes
- Determine what resources, processes, and other materials will be necessary to complete the project in the desired timeline
- Collaborate to draw up plans for each phase of execution
- Ability to delegate effectively portions of project to appropriate persons
- Efficiency - strong organizational and time management skills
