Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned region. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent sales skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or B2B environment
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market data and identify trends
- Experience in account management and business development
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to travel within the assigned region for client meetings and industry events
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
