Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships. Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track activities and update customer information
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with account management practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
