SE Agricultural & Commercial Solutions is Hiring a National Sales Advisor Near Battle Creek, MI

Our National Sales Advisor will take the lead in growing and maintaining our dealer network through the support and sale of SE Solution’s manufactured door, gate, and curtain systems. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this leadership position is responsible for driving the development and execution of a territory sales strategy aligned with the vision of the company.

The National Sales Advisor at SE will have an entrepreneurial mindset to own their role and grow national sales through both in-person and virtual customer interactions, new customer pursuit, product education and troubleshooting support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a collaborative territory sales strategy that drives profitable volume growth of SE Solutions manufactured product lines.
  • Proactively support existing dealers in continuous improvement, problem resolution, and lead generation.
  • Work with installation and production crews to develop thorough knowledge in servicing, installing, and selling of each product.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with construction companies, builders, and general contractors that indirectly influence the buying decision of the end user.
  • Attend various expos for networking and promotion of SE manufactured gate, door, and curtain systems.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build prospect engagement across in-person and virtual platforms. • Hospitality and Customer Service MUST be an adopted value.
  • Willingness to travel (30-40%) by way of company vehicle or plane.
  • Strong sales background, ideally in Business-to-Business sales.
  • Willingness to assist in the installation and servicing of products in the field – some of which may be on dairy farms where there is exposure to livestock and manure. • Have a focus on continuous professional improvement.
