As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and offering suitable insurance coverage options to clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Assess client's current insurance coverage and provide recommendations for additional coverage or policy changes
- Educate clients on different types of insurance policies and coverage options
- Sell various types of insurance policies including auto, home, life, and health insurance
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Other office duties as applies
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze client's needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
- Bilingual in Dialects from Burma/Myanmar (Hakha Chin, Falam, Chin, Burmese) are a plus
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for managing client information and generating quotes
