This is NOT your normal insurance agency. The Lange Agency believes in creating an upbeat and fun environment. Not only do our insurance sales representatives win technology gadgets, gift certificates, and weekend getaways among other incentives, but they make a great salary without having to work weekends, holidays, or nights. They are paid a SALARY every 2 weeks, PLUS commission, PLUS bonus. Other benefits include 401(k) with company match, paid time off, vacation time, life, and accident plans available.
