The current owner and great-grandson/grandson of the founders, Gary Jacobs, followed in his parents, Robert and Rita Jacobs, footsteps and joined the company in 1992. Recently, Gary has been joined by his sons, Evan and Brian Jacobs.
As a fifth-generation family business, F&F Supply continues to thrive because of its quality product, loyal customer base, and exceptional service.
F&F Supply operates in a 55,000 square foot showroom/warehouse at 1260 Oak Point Avenue in Hunts Point.

The scope of responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process daily check runs and file checks issued for the accounts payable department in an organized manner
- Post and process approved vendor invoices for payment in the AP system
- Respond to the internal/external vendor inquiries and file unpaid vendor invoices
- Obtain approval from appropriate offices as well as verify the address printed on the checks and prepare the payments for mailing
- Prioritize invoices according to payment terms and paying general expenses
- Paying Vendor invoices and reconciling vendor statements
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 years working in an office environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Accounts payable experience required.
- Coordination, Flexibility, Developing Standards, Vendor Relationships, Understanding the Customer, Organization, Collection and Analysis of Documents.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Oracle Netsuite
