What you will be doing:

• Develop and close sales opportunities with national and limited regional partners.
• Work collaboratively with channel partners to bring Watson Gloves to end-users.
• Develop a Strategic Business Plan for each major account.
• Build relationships with accounts and coordinate service quotations and written proposals.
• Work on pricing strategies and handle customer issues with accounts.
• Regularly update and maintain CRM for status of opportunities and account activity.
• Coordinate with Product Development on new products to serve major accounts.
• Hold strategic discussions with accounts and prospects and form successful working relationships.
• Provide reporting on all accounts during monthly KPI meetings.
• Lead management by energizing the effort for moving opportunities through the sales cycle.

Experience you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management/Administration.
• At least 7 years of experience in direct business-to-business sales.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, supervisory, organizational and management skills.
• Experience in performing presentations to management level personnel.
• Understanding of companies’ purchasing and decision-making processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Eligibility to work in the USA without sponsorship.
