Human Resources Manager (Manager, People & Culture)

This position is hybrid with three days a week working at our headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona and two days a week working remotely.

Compensation

  • First-year compensation $75,000 to $85,000 annually (DOE)
  • Quarterly bonuses driven by self-care, professional development, and individual KPIs
  • $1,200 annual technology allowance
  • 401(k) company match up to 3%

Your Experience, Background, and Skills

  • BS or BA in a related field preferred
  • At least three (3) years of experience in employee relations in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner capacity
  • Previous experience with HRIS systems
  • Previous experience utilizing data combined with HR expertise to identify improvement opportunities for People-related processes, employee experience, and leader development.

Your Deliverables

In this individual contributor role, our ideal candidate will combine their knowledge of HR compliance and best practices with top-notch relationship skills and an excitement to develop our leaders and team members. A day in the life will involve engaging in various elements of the employee experience and HR delivery to include:

  • HR Consulting -through your relationship-building skills, HR expertise and results orientation, you will become the trusted partner to leaders and employees on multiple areas of impacting organizational culture and our people. Your passion for learning the business and creatively identifying ways to meet business and employee needs, will enable you to go beyond the surface needs to identify trends, ideate solutions and deliver them through your ability to influence and articulate the impact.
  • Employee Relations-Provide guidance and input in support of employee relations issues, providing respectful, confidential guidance in compliance with applicable laws and evolvedMD's culture and values.
  • Talent Management-Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, gaps and opportunities; serving as a key conduit to assess potential and talent risks across the enterprise.
  • Leader and Team Member Development. In partnership with HR Leadership and business colleagues, identify and prioritize development needs to enrich leader capability and the employee experience. Research and build learning content that provides key learning moments for leaders and team members.
  • HR Projects -Serve as point person for various HR initiatives and change management efforts. As part of a fast-expanding organization, there will be many opportunities to identify process improvement opportunities or create solutions to enhance the overall employee experience. Your ideas are welcome.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
