We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Perform computerized data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors.
- Assist with order entry and processing.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Manage paperwork related to incoming jobs, including contracts, proposals, and agreements.
- Follow up with customers regarding job progress, inquiries, and feedback.
- Respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence.
- Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and images.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and address inquiries or concerns.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks.
- Coordinate events and assist with event planning logistics.
- Support project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an office setting.
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications.
- Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is advantageous.
- Ability to assist in event planning and coordination activities.
- Proficient in project coordination tasks with attention to detail in data entry processes.
