Description

The role of a human resource (HR) specialist is to recruit, support, train, and place employees of a company. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes.

Your main responsibilities will include developing compensation and benefits packages, maintaining employee records, and recruiting new employees. To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the recruiting process and labor regulations.

Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Recruiting, scheduling interviews, managing offer letters/employment agreements
• Employee benefits insurance administration
• New hire onboarding and offboarding of exiting employee
• Conduct new hire orientation
• Develop and manage HR calendar, create impressions based on dates
• Schedule training
• Recommend programs to increase onsite satisfaction
• Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Additional duties as assigned
