Eve International Logistics, a third-party logistics company utilizing innovative technology, knowledge, and a large network, with our own USA-based fleet is hiring a Tracking Supervisor for our Dispatch Operations Team. This fast-paced position focuses on coordinating our day to day shipments and supporting the efforts of our office by providing visibility and maintaining accurate documentation for all loads.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing clear and concise communication to customers, drivers and Sales and Dispatch team members.
• Troubleshooting customer concerns.
• Proactively monitoring the movement of freight to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Entering new load orders into our proprietary web-based software.
• Initiating "check calls" to track and trace drivers on all pickups and deliveries.
• Communicating with drivers to ensure accurate documentation.
• Closely monitoring freight via multiple detailed websites to ensure accurate delivery times.
• Notifying customers of potential delays.

This position offers advancement into a National Account Manager position (salary plus commission) upon successful completion of training.

Requirements

Requirements include at least one-year of Track & Trace experience with an established transportation logistics company; customer service focus; effective, accessible communication style; the ability to successfully multi-task while maintaining relationships with customers, drivers, and team members; tech savvy problem solving skills; and a team-based approach.
