WHAT DOES A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE DO?
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Ethos Risk Services, you'll operate as the "tip of the spear" in our sales process - placing outbound calls to potential clients and leads with an overarching goal of scheduling sales meetings on behalf of Ethos' team of Account Managers.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Successful Business Development Representatives at Ethos Risk are naturally engaging and assertive. They have a high aptitude for listening to clients' needs and matching those needs with our suite of services. They are adept communicators and muti-taskers, have a high degree of comfort making outbound phone calls, and thrive at instilling confidence and trust with clients.
Familiarity with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Products is a plus.
Candidates who are self-motivated, customer service oriented, and who are proficient at qualifying, engaging, and closing leads over the phone will thrive in this position.
This is a remote position.
