GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sr. Manager Finance is a key leader on the analytics team for Sunglass Hut North America. The Sr Manager will liaise with the Host leaders to identify opportunities within the host environments. The Sr Manager will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring the performance of the Sunglass Hut stores. The St Manager will actively collaborate with executive field leaders to increase business acumen as well as identify actionable items. The Sr Manager will also partner with Sunglass corporate functions (i.e., Product, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources) to shape/monitor company strategy. 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the implementation and ongoing development of Tableau software for business reporting. This includes the overall data structure for Tableau and creation of reports for the field, brand and leadership teams.
• The reporting includes identifying and quantifying financial opportunities, such as “what if” financial modeling for select KPI’s. 
• Collaborate with field and brand leadership to create action plans for the identified KPI opportunities.
• Create P&L models for new business opportunities identified by the business development team.
• Develop occupancy structure recommendations for current host environment stores to improve the operating income for these stores.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources functions to shape & monitor the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
• Streamline and evolve reporting tools via Tableau and Business Objects, including coordinating with Milan to ensure Sunglass Hut is leveraging the best reporting platforms.
• Summarize ad-hoc analyses and provide action plans (e.g., ROI analysis, incentive structure, promotion campaign)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Presentation and report writing/structuring skills required with ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management.
• 8 Years - preferrably with experiences in Finance and analytics
• BA/BS in finance/accounting/economics/international business/information systems
• Expert level knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with data systems and analytics visualization software (Tableau, QlikView, Spotfire, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment required. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Business analytics experience, preferably in a retail environment

​Pay Range: 140,818.80 - 177525.2 

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
