The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and a passion for helping animals big and small.
Primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with orders and questions both in-person and over the phone, stocking and organizing the storefront, ringing up and billing customers for feed orders, and conversing with loading staff and management as needed.
This position requires someone with a strong ability to work under pressure and maintain excellent organizational skills.
Specific product knowledge can be trained, but would be highly favored from the beginning. *We have both full-time and part-time positions available*Job Duties- Answering and fielding calls as needed- Assisting with customer inquiries in-person and over the phone- Ringing up and processing orders- Assisting with the scheduling of feed deliveries- Maintaining inventory levels within the store during the day- Maintaining overall cleanliness and organization in-store- Sales & special events duties as assigned- Communicating with loaders & management as needed- Ability to move from task to task as neededJob Requirements- Minimum 1 years experience in customer-facing retail role - Friendly, professional customer service skills- Proficiency with basic computer programs- Considerable Equine Industry experience - Critical thinking skills- Spanish Speaking capabilities preferred but not required All employees will begin as an agent of Equistaff before transitioning to the client's payroll.
Candidates are subject to background and drug screening prior to start of employment. Benefits- Worker's Comp - Medical, Dental, Vision after 30 days- $15 / - per hour DOE
