Marion Dental Group is a private practice, established in 1978. We are growing and currently looking for a front desk coordinator to join our team.
We are looking for someone with a warm and welcoming smile and demeanor. The right candidate would be an outgoing, detail-orientated person with the ability to multitask.
We are a fast paced office offering a great team atmosphere and we are passionate about helping our patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Scheduling and rescheduling patients
- Accounts receivable
- Following up on financial arrangements
- Working with insurance companies
- Following up on unpaid insurance claims and pre-determinations
