We are a beautiful 99 all suites property located in the beautiful Heath Brook area of Ocala and we are looking for the responsibilities of a Front Desk/Night Audit Associate

The position includes:

* A responsible individual to run and oversee the overnight shift and or day shift

* Be responsible to make executive decisions on the overnight and or day shift

* Check-in and check-out guests when needed

* Answering a multi-line phone system

* Making reservations, greeting and directing guests, as well as staff

* Completing the Night Audit Process as directed

Other duties include:

* Responding to complaints, service issues and other general questions or concerns as appropriate on the shift

* Candidate must have certified PEP experience or a strong long term hotel Front Desk experience. Which includes greeting and registering guests, providing prompt and courteous service, resolving guest challenges throughout their stay, promoting hotel services, and working with the team to ensure a smooth operation.

* The ideal candidate will need to be outgoing, professional, and punctual. Must be able to work overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends. This position is an overnight position from 11pm-7am 2 days a week and can include up to three 3-11pm shifts which leads to a full time position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
