Position Summary: Under general supervision of the Practice Manager, the Office Assistant performs a variety of administrative support duties. The Office Assistant is responsible for maintaining client records for the Outpatient Clinic and Counseling Center per Equinox, OMH, OASAS and other relevant standards. The position must exemplify the core values and mission of the agency while always exercising utmost discretion, diplomacy and tact in client/staff interactions.
