Role Overview:

Eptura is in search of a Senior Product Marketing Manager to add to our expanding Marketing department. As a key part of the Product Marketing team, you will join forces with colleagues in product marketing and the product organization to build upon the foundation of product marketing at Eptura, collaborating with stakeholders from all areas of the company on key initiatives.

Success in this role requires developing a deep comprehension of our customers, their challenges and use cases, and how Eptura can help customers achieve goals. Transforming insights into compelling messaging, buyer personas, sales decks, marketing strategies, are core responsibilities of the role. In partnership with the product organization, defining and managing product launches is also a major component of this position.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will serve as the go-to person for the product, both internally and externally. The ideal candidate is someone who is as enthusiastic to finish a project as they are to start a new one; a person who carries a strategic orientation and prowess to execute on each tactical detail. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and Revenue Enablement, and will leverage a data-driven approach to their work.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust understanding of the Worktech market, including buyer personas, key uses cases, customer challenges, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product Management on product launches, messaging, and the product introduction process to drive adoption and sales.
  • Scale messaging to content across different channels like websites, webinars, field events, sales decks, and internal enablement guides.
  • Build and feed marketing campaigns in partnership with the Demand Generation team to grow the organizations pipeline.
  • Grow capabilities within the entire go-to-market team, including sales, by partnering with Revenue Enablement to effectively communicate Epturas value proposition to customers and prospects.

About you:

  • 6 years of marketing experience, preferably with 2 years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Experience working closely with enterprise B2B go-to-market teams on messaging, content, and playbooks to enable success in a competitive market and complex sales cycle.
  • Highly cross-functional, with the ability to work with different teams from all areas of the company.
  • Self-starter and self-finisher with the capability to succeed in a quick-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Willingness to learn new marketing tools and leverage artificial intelligence to drive results.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous start-up experience and accustom to working with organizations that have experienced mergers and acquisitions is a huge plus.
