Relex Solutions is Hiring a Remote Product Marketing Manager - Competitive Intelligence

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead our competitive intelligence program. This is an important role that will interact with many different stakeholders and provide the opportunity to create a new competitive intelligence function within the business. The ideal candidate would be an entrepreneur who wants to build new things and have a positive impact on the business.

Location: The Product Marketing team members are currently located in Finland, the US and the UK, and this position can be located in the US or Europe. With this role you have the option of working 100% remotely from any of these locations.

Join us as a Product Marketing Manager (Competitive Intelligence), and this is some of what you'll be doing:

Product Marketing's main responsibility is to work on sales messages, positioning and value propositions and equip our Sales teams with the information needed to share these messages with prospects. In this position you will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Product and Marketing to manage our competitive intelligence and provide sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors' products, positioning, pricing, and overall market strategies.
  • Regularly monitor and track competitors' activities, product launches, and market trends.
  • Provide actionable insights to the Sales and leadership teams based on competitive intelligence.
  • Define and refine competitive intelligence process and tools used internally, updating competitive battlecard content
  • Market Positioning:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine our product positioning and messaging based on competitive insights.
  • Differentiate our products in the market by leveraging a deep understanding of competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Sales Enablement:
  • Develop sales enablement materials that highlight our competitive advantages.
  • Provide training to the sales team on key competitive differentiators.
  • Customer Feedback Analysis:
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback related to competitor products and share with key internal stakeholders.
  • Industry Trends:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact the competitive landscape.
  • Provide recommendations on how RELEX can proactively respond to emerging trends.

We're looking for:

  • 5 years of B2B Marketing experience from software/SaaS with a focus on competitive intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Driven attitude and passion to develop new ways of working
  • Proactive approach to your work
  • Ideal candidate would have experience using competitive intelligence tools (such as Klue) as well as familiarity with retail, CPG and/or wholesale trends and competitive landscape.
