Epic Health System is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth of the business by leading a sales an inside sales and service team to achieve key company objectives. This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, coaching, leadership and the ability to think strategically. This role will oversee both an onsite team and offshore team as well. This role will represent multiple business lines including but not limited to medical practice & acquisition, medical health spa, PEO & real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Building & Leadership: This role will be a key management position leading an inside team as well as overseeing the performance of our offshore partners
- Market Research and Strategy Development: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Coaching and Team Development: This role will be responsible for developing inside sales representatives as well as holding the team accountable to company goals and outcomes.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other departments to ensure that strategies and activities are aligned with the overall objectives of the company.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze the effectiveness of business development strategies and activities. Report on successes and areas needing improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an Inside Sales leader.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Track record of building and leading sales teams.
- Ability to build rapport and forge strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Experience in customer support.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Market knowledge and understanding of the company's products and services.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and suggest creative solutions.
Working Conditions:
- This role typically operates in an office environment but may require travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
