mello Home Services is Hiring a Home Service Sales Manager Near Southfield, MI

Position Summary:

Responsible for providing leadership and support to a team of Home Service Concierges & Home Service Sales Representatives. Oversees the performance of an assigned team, coaches, mentors, and trains new employees to achieve performance goals. This position must have excellent communication, leadership, , time management and sales skills. We are looking for a self-motivated team player. This role must ensure the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Develops and creates effective sales scripts for Home Service Concierges and Home Service Sales Representatives to use during customer interactions.
  • Provides training and coaching daily to the team to improve performance. Monitors calls daily to improve conversion.
  • Responsible for recommending hiring decisions and terminations, overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of employees.
  • Responsible include developing and training employees.
  • Provides excellent customer service and clear communication to all customers.
  • Sets clear expectations and goals for each team member.
  • Motivates and recognizes the team members who consistently meet or exceed expectations.
  • Provides regular feedback and coaching to ensure team members are meeting the effort standards. .
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborates with other department goals to ensure alignment.
  • Leads and manages a team of customer service and sales team, sets and monitors goals and expectations with the team.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Creates reports and presents them to senior management.
  • Analyzes data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and/or minimum five (5) years of customer service and sales experience.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role, managing a sales team or department.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and motivate sales staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate.
  • Ability to be self-motivated.
  • Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision while performing duties.
  • Ability to be on call to perform all duties in an event of an urgent situations.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. The base pay for this role is $60,000.
