POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Will provide support to customers, sales managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform general office duties including maintaining office calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, faxing, filing, copying, routine maintenance of office printers, general computer assistance, resolution of landlord/building issues, etc.
  • Receiving visitors to the office.
  • Answering and screening incoming calls.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail.
  • Managing phone system and office equipment.
  • Managing inventory of office supplies.
  • Organize events as needed (meetings, trade shows, company outings, etc.)
  • Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets and presentations in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other similar formats.
  • Provide clerical assistance to sales team, providing support as necessary (including participation in conference calls, meetings, and document review)
  • Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and logs for customer data.
  • Assist with maintaining customer data in CRM tool.
  • Maintain both electronic and paper files, including office procedures.
  • Perform additional responsibilities, as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required. College coursework preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year clerical or sales support experience.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and ability to adapt to other software packages.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with principals, vendors, customers, and visitors.
  • Excellent organizational skills including ability to handle multi-functional tasks and prioritize situations following through to completion.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

This employee regularly works in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. Occasionally, this employee is required to travel outside of the office attending meetings and events at customer or other sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
