Peak Health Genomics & Longevity medicine is looking for an energetic, health minded individual to help run the office. We are looking for someone who would be the main point of contact for our clients and offer them top notch customer service. We practice in a wellness center with many other holistic minded providers from acupuncture to IV therapies.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and healthcare professionals
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups. Monitor memberships
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with medical billing and insurance claims processing
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and maintain medical supplies and equipment
- Ordering prescriptions and peptides
- Sending doctors notes, labs and referrals

- Ordering patient labs and patient DNA
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

- MA certification not required
- Sales minded

- Dynamic and outgoing personality

- Website and social media experience a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
