Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our clinic.
Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule patient care
- Coordinate office meetings and off site vendor events
- Assist in billing and coding appointments, sending invoices, and payment processing
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, return voicemails and emails daily
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Provide general administrative support to staff
-Assist with community outreach, marketing, and social media as needed
-Assist with weekly janitorial tasks
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Occasional weekend vendor booth/event participation requiring coordination, set up/take down, and community marketing
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with health care setting and HIPAA compliance preferred, but not required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while paying attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic customer/patient communication
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday (approximate hours - M-Th: 9-5, F: 8-1)
