We are partnered with a national law firm holding a practice dedicated to the collection of delinquent government receivables. For over 40 years they have been providing customized collection programs for their public sector clientele.

Located in Broomfield, they offer excellent training, benefits upon conversion, and room for advancement. They are seeking Spanish speaking customer service reps to join their small call center team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to pass a 10-Panel Drug Test and Background Check
• Availability during the hours: 11am-8pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-5pm on Friday
• Comfortability working a rotating Saturday once a month
• Previous phone or call center experience preferred but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Both collections and customer service
• The goal of this role is to collect funds for government clients
• Assisting with customers understanding the charges they have incurred
• Creating a reasonable repayment plan that makes sense for their income and budget
